Help Center
A quick guide to using the Stark Systems client portal.
This page covers everything you need to use your client portal account: signing in, submitting and tracking support requests, checking on your project's status, and finding files we've shared with you. If you run into something this page doesn't answer, reach out to [email protected].
Logging in
The portal doesn't use passwords. To sign in, go to starksystemsllc.com/portal/login and enter the email address we have on file for you. We'll send a 6-digit code to that email — enter it on the next screen and you're in.
- Each code is good for 10 minutes and can only be used once.
- If the email hasn't arrived after a minute, check your spam folder before requesting a new code.
- Codes are single-use, so if you request a new one, only the most recent code will work.
Support tickets
Once signed in, go to Tickets from your dashboard to submit a new support request or check on an existing one. Fill in a short subject line and describe what's going on, and our team will get notified.
You can reply to any of your tickets at any time to add more detail or ask a follow-up question. Whenever we reply to your ticket, we'll email you a link straight back to it, so you don't need to keep checking the portal for updates.
Project status
The Projects page lists any active engagements we're running for your organization, along with status updates our team posts as work progresses. Each project has one of four statuses:
- Planning — scoping the work before it starts.
- Active — currently in progress.
- On Hold — paused, usually waiting on something.
- Completed — finished.
This page is read-only from your side — our team keeps it updated as your project moves forward, so check back or watch for a new update in the feed.
Documents
The Documents page is where we share files with you — contracts, statements of work, reports, and similar documents. Click any file's Download button to save a copy. Clients don't upload files here; if you need to send us something, attach it to a support ticket or email it to us directly.
